Kai Simms v. Fontana Distribution, LLC
On January 6, 2009, Mark A. Potashnick of Weinhaus and Potashnick brought a copyright infringement action on behalf of Kai Simms against Fontana Distribution, LLC, Fase 1 Entertainment, LLC, Just Bleezy Entertainment, LLC, and Charles M. Peterson. See 4:09-cv-00017-AGF.
