Monsanto Company v. Lytle

On September 30, 2009, Daniel C. Cox, Raymond L. Massey, Jeffrey A. Mason of Thompson Coburn, LLP brought a patent infringement action on behalf of Monsanto Company and Monsanto Technology, LLC against Larry H. Lytle. See Civil Action No. 4:09-cv-01626-DDN (Magistrate Judge David D. Noce).
