Monsanto Company v. Germann

On November 11, 2009, Raymond L. Massey, Jeffrey A. Masson, Daniel C. Cox of Thompson Coburn LLP brought a patent infringement action on behalf of Monsanto Company and Monsanto Technology LLC against Dennis Germann. See Civil Action No. 4:09-cv-01848 (Honorable Henry E. Autrey).
