Six Flags St. Louis LLC et al v. Gateway Hotels Management, Inc.
On February 1, 2010, Stacie A. Owens of Sandberg Phoenix, P.C. brought a trademark infringement action on behalf of Six Flags St. Louis LLC and Six Flags Theme Parks, Inc., against Gateway Hotels Management, Inc. See 4:10-cv-00188 (Honorable Rodney W. Sippel).
