On September 29, 2010, David B. Jinkins, Alan H. Norman, Steven E. Garlock, Matthew A. Braunel of Thompson Coburn, LLP brought a patent infringement action on behalf of Furminator, Inc., against Sergeant's Pet Care Products, Inc., SWE, Inc., Kefeng Pan and ShedBuster.com.
