Hattie Rex, LLC, v. Sheri D. Bennett

On October 22, 2010, McPherson Dorsett Moore of Polster and Lieder brought a copyright infringement action on behalf of Hattie Rex, LLC, against Sheri D. Bennett and Poochy Couture, LLC. See 4:10-cv-01997-MLM (Magistrate Judge Mary Ann L. Medler).
