J & J Sports Productions, Inc., v. Toast Time, Inc.
On December 3, 2010, Vincent D. Vogler, James E. Klenc of The Vogler Law Firm PC, brought an unauthorized publication or use of communications action on behalf of J & J Sports Productions, Inc., against Toast Time, Inc. and Donald Byron Ray. See 4:10-cv-02268-FRB (Magistrate Judge Frederick R. Buckles).
