BMG Music et al v. Sung Pae Hong
On April 23, 2009, John D. Ryan of Lathrop & Gage brought a copyright infringement action on behalf of BMG Music, Warner Bros. Records, Inc., UMG Recordings, Inc., Capitol Records, LLC, and Zomba Recording, LLC against Sung Pae Hong. See civil Action No. 4:09-cv-00626 (Honorable Carol E. Jackson)
