Centrics LLC et al v. Imagine Your Photos LLC et al
On April 15, 2009, Mark H. Levison of Lathrop and Gage Court Case brought a copyright infringement action on behalf of Centrics LLC and Imagine Your Photos LLC, against Imagine Your Photos LLC and Redington Solutions USA, Inc. See, Civil Action No. 4:09-cv-00586 (Magistrate Judge Audrey G. Fleissig).
