Bird Brain, Inc. et al v. Miller Horticultural Consultants, Inc.

On May 21, 2009, Michael H. Longmeyer, Nicholas B. Clifford, Jr. of Armstrong Teasdale LLP, Christopher A. Mitchell of Butzel Long, P.C., and Bruce Kugler of Sheridan Ross, PC brought a patent infringement action on behalf of Bird Brain, Inc. and Parasol, LLC against Miller Horticultural Consultants, Inc.
