On May 26, 2009, L.A. Perkins, Robert E. Pershes of Buckingham Doolittle & Burroughs LLP and Bruce D. DeRenzi, C. Randolph Ross, Teresa S. Rea, Melissa M. Hayworth of Crowell & Moring LLP brought a patent infringement action on behalf of Breckenridge Pharmaceutical, Inc. against KV Pharmaceutical Company, Ther-Rx Corporation, and Albion International, Inc.
