On June 12, 2009, Charles H. Morgan of Lowenbaum Partnership LLC
brought a computer fraud and abuse act action on behalf of Boxes, Inc. against
Jeff Davolt, Tim Gibilterra, Chris Watson, Anabel Davolt, GFA Decorative Trade Services, Inc., Steve Hannigan, and Brio Display, LLC. See Civil Action No. 4:09-cv-00922 (Magistrate Judge Audrey G. Fleissig).
