Avante International Technology, Inc. v. Hart Intercivic, Inc.
On July 23, 2009, Paul A. Lesko, Jo Anna Pollock, Stephen C. Smith of SimmonsCooper LLC brought a patent infringement action on behalf of Avante International Technology, Inc. against Hart Intercivic, Inc. See Civil Action No. 4:09-cv-01160-AGF and 4:09-cv-01161-AGF (Magistrate Judge Thomas C. Mummert, III) Transferred in from District of Illinois Southern; Case Number 3:08-cv-00636, and 3:07-cv-00169.
