On July 15, 2009, Sam F. Baxter, Mara Jill Bindler, Theodore Stevenson, III of McKool Smith, Anat Hakim, Heidi Belongia, Kenneth G Schopfer, Sharon R. Barner, Marshell J. Brown of Foley & Lardner, brought a patent infringement action on behalf of Catalina Marketing Corporation and Catalina Health Resource, LLC against LDM Group, LLC.
