Monarch Productions LLC v. Zephyr Grafix, Inc.
On December 15, 2009, Jo Anna Pollock of Simmons Browder Gianaris Angelides & Barnerd, LLC brought a copyright infringement suit on behalf of Monarch Productions LLC against Zephyr Grafix, Inc., A & E Group, LLC, L.H. Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Legendary Whitetails, and Barry Horn. See 4:09-cv-02048, 4:09-cv-02049 (Magistrate Judge Terry I. Adelman).
