The North Face Apparel Corp. v. Williams Pharmacy, Inc.
On December 10, 2009, David A. Roodman, Michael A. Kahn of Bryan Cave LLP, brought a trademark infringement suit on behalf of The North Face Apparel Corp.against Williams Pharmacy, Inc., James A Winkelmann Jr., and The South Butt, LLC. See (Honorable Rodney W. Sippel)
